We provide trained staff to help individuals or group of people to maintain stable health, tenancy, develop independent living skills and access community services. Support could be provided for a few hours, overnight, or for 24 hours a day. A support care plan is agreed with those important to the individual and monitored regularly. We are committed to providing short and long-term care and support to adults across Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas.

At Links, we offer three main types of services: recruiting and placing of qualified general/mental health nurses, healthcare support workers within health and social care organisations. We provide care and support services to adults in hospitals, mental health centres, supported living/housing association accommodations and those living in nursing and residential care homes. We also provide support for people needing care and support in their own homes.
